Privacy policy

• Account: email, name (optional), preferred language, consent timestamp.
• Training documents you upload (CV, letters, notes) — used to learn your writing voice.
• Job postings you paste, and the CVs and cover letters Quills generates.
• Research on companies and people (when you opt in to interview prep).
• Usage accounting: which AI model ran, how many tokens — no prompt traces.

To deliver the service you signed up for: writing CV and letters in your voice. Legal basis: performance of contract (GDPR Art. 6.1.b) and your consent (Art. 6.1.a) for the training documents.

• Account data: until you delete your account.
• Interviewer research: automatically deleted after 30 days.
• Generated CV / letter files: kept until you delete the application.

Quills uses Lovable AI Gateway, which routes requests to Google Gemini and OpenAI GPT models. Inputs are not used to train these foundation models. We do not send personal identifiers we don't need — personal numbers, addresses and phone numbers in your training documents are masked before any AI call.

• Right of access (Art. 15) and portability (Art. 20): download all your data as a zip from Settings.
• Right to erasure (Art. 17): delete your account permanently from Settings.
• Right to lodge a complaint with the Swedish data protection authority (IMY).
